Hunter's conference

Last night we had Hunter's first fifth grade parent/teacher conference. We really like his teacher, Mr. Croshaw. He told us that Hunter is doing very well in class and is very respectable to him and the other staff. Hunter is getting all 3's in each subject (he won't get letter grades until next year). 4 is the highest a student can get so we were very proud of Hunter's accomplishments in these last few months. Mr. Croshaw did tell us that Hunter really likes to talk, no matter who he is sitting by. That really did not surprise us as this is something we have heard every year since Hunter's been in preschool! Mr. Croshaw did tell us that Hunter is very good about listening and he always stops talking when told (lucky for Hunter ;)). Mr. Croshaw actually thanked us for doing such a good job with Hunter ~ that was very refreshing to hear! Although we feel we are pretty strict parents and try to raise our children according to the bible, as you all know it can be very tough! It was nice to get some reassurance for our hard work so far.
